  • Fivos Kiousopoulos

    Managing Partner

    Fivos Kiousopoulos is the Managing Partner of HR Quest / Alexander Hughes based in Athens.
    Fivos provides executive search consulting services focused on recruiting CEOs/Presidents, board members and other senior executives on behalf of a wide range of Greek and global companies - from early-stage private to public firms.

    He began his professional career as a consultant at the Hay Group in New York. Working in the organizational development practice, he consulted numerous Fortune 500 companies throughout the US in the design and implementation of assessment and selection systems.

    Returning to his home country, Greece, he joined the Athens office of the Hay Group where he worked as an Executive Search Consultant, handling senior level management positions across all industrial sectors.

    He then joined Adel / Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in 1998, as a Human Resources Manager.
    Fivos returned to the executive search profession in 2000, when he founded HR Quest / Alexander Hughes, in Athens.
    He holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy (magna cum laude) from Boston University. Fivos is married and has two sons and one daughter.

  • Nancy Mathioudaki

    Client Partner

    Ms Nancy Mathioudaki is a Client Partner of HR Quest / Alexander Hughes based in Athens.

    Nancy worked for more than 12 years as Senior executive in various industries for large corporations (Boutari, Metaxa, Diageo, TIM, BAT).

    Since 2006 she has been focusing on executive search and for 14 years she worked as a Partner and Global FMCG sector Leader for Stanton Chase, developing the Consumer and Retail sectors, handling numerous demanding projects in all sectors as well.

    She holds a BS in MIS and Marketing from the American College of Greece and an MBA from La Verne University. She speaks fluently English, French and Italian.

    She is a member of International Chamber of Commerce and Kallipatera organization.

  • Maria Lazaridou

    Partner

    Mrs. Lazaridou, Partner, is one of the founding members of HR Quest / Alexander Hughes and a Member of the company’s Board of Directors.

    In her current role she acts as a management and strategic development internal consultant for HR Quest / Alexander Hughes.

    In the past she served as the Research Manager at HR Quest / Alexander Hughes and was responsible for the co-ordination of research work.  Mrs. Lazaridou’s research experience has focused on a range of sectors from financial to the heavy industry.

    Prior to joining HR Quest / Alexander Hughes, she worked as a private banking executive at Citibank for over 5 years. Her experience is further complemented by Bounty Advertising where she worked as an accountant and Novartis Pharmaceuticals where she worked in the logistics field. 

    Mrs. Lazaridou has studied Economics at the American College of Greece and speaks fluently English. She is married and has three children.

  • Ismini Remigiaki

    Consultant

    Mrs. Remigiaki has been working at HR Quest / Alexander Hughes Greece since October 2007.

    She has gained extensive experience in various c-level projects across all sectors of excellence for local and international clients. 
    She started her professional career at Plaisio Computers, a leading retailer of technology products, as a specialist responsible mainly for training and development as well as for various ad hoc recruitment and other human resources related projects.

    She is a graduate of the American College of Greece with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. She speaks fluently English and French. 

  • Aggeliki Poupalou

    Researcher

    Ms. Poupalou has been working at HR Quest / Alexander Hughes Greece since July 2021.
    Her academic background consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Aegean coupled with a Master’s degree with a concentration in Business Psychology for Plymouth University.
    She speaks fluently English.

When you submit your information directly to us, we consider you indicate your willingness to share and have your information stored by us and to disclose this information when appropriate for one of our confidential searches.

Any information you provide will only be used by HR Quest / Alexander Hughes. It will never be supplied to anyone outside the Alexander Hughes Group without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.

HR Quest / Alexander Hughes continuously evolves its security and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is securely held.

We may contact candidates to advise them of specific opportunities we consider to be relevant to them.

We may contact clients with services or candidates we consider may be of interest to them.

Access to your personal information

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you wish to be registered with us and remove it in the event that you no longer wish to continue your registration with HR Quest / Alexander Hughes.

According to Data Protection Law you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. With your approval, we may share your personal information to our clients. If you believe your personal information has been misused, needs to be corrected or deleted, you can request access, correction or removal of your personal data. Candidate Process

Here is an outline of the main steps in our process, as well as the mutual commitments involved.

  • The aim of this interview is to exchange information about your achievements and career objectives and concerning the opportunity with our client. That way, both of us can decide whether a meeting between you and our client would make sense.
  • We guarantee the highest level of confidentiality. Any details and information which we gather about you will be communicated to our client only with your consent. We expect the same confidentiality from you with regards to any information which we, and potentially our client, may provide to you.
  • We will proceed to submit your candidacy only if we feel that your professional experience and profile are judged to be a good fit for a specific role and provided you have a genuine interest in this opportunity.
  • If we jointly decide to proceed further with this opening, we will forward a confidential report to our client. This will include information from your curriculum vitae, which you will have provided to us. It is your responsibility that the information on your CV is accurate. This data may require validation (such as copies of qualifications, certificates of employment and pay-slips). You may be asked to undergo further personality assessments, for which you may receive a copy of the results upon request.
  • Should our client confirm his interest in your candidacy, a first meeting will be organised either in our or the client's premises.
  • We are committed to keeping you informed regarding developments during the recruitment process. Following every contact with our client we expect you to reaffirm your continuous interest in the role as well as to bring up any issues between you and our client that may need further clarification.
  • At the appropriate time we may need to receive references from third parties regarding your professional experience and personality. We will inform you beforehand and go over any confidentiality matters with you.
  • If you eventually join the organisation which we have introduced you to, we will maintain contact with you as well as your new employer during the first few months of your employment, in order to ensure that you settle in satisfactorily.
  • In accordance with the General Data Regulation Protection (GDPR) – EU 2016/679 law, we would like to point out that you have access to your personal information should you decide to rectify, update or remove it. If you so wish, your file will be returned to you at your request.
