    Paris, France: Alexander Hughes, a leading global executive search firm released the new edition of its annual Governance Review, a thorough study on the structure of boards of directors and executive management teams of listed groups globally.

    The Review includes data on 13 000+ board directors and executive leaders from over 1000 major corporations in 30 emerging and mature markets across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The 2018 edition tracks the key parameters in the structure of a leadership team: gender, levels of seniority, global mobility, tenure, and the origin of the leaders.

    Global executive search firm Alexander Hughes has reinforced its presence in the Gulf countries by adding a new office in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).

    Based in Dubai, Thomas Duret has been appointed managing partner for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the U.A.E.

    One of the world’s fastest growing economies, Dubai’s current gross domestic product is projected at $107.1 billion. The Persian Gulf and its coastal areas are the world’s largest single source of crude oil, and related industries dominate the region, making it a hotbed of activity for search firms with an eye on expansion.

    Mr. Duret has been living and working in the Middle East since 2002 and is the founder of Arcadia Consultancy, a Dubai-based executive search firm that became a part of Alexander Hughes in April. He has completed strategic assignments throughout the region both for local and multinational companies across a variety of sectors.

    Before establishing his own search firm, he worked for the Dubai office of Philips Lighting. He focused on project sales related to the retail and hospitality sectors, interacting with MEP contractors, consultants, architects, retailers as well as property developers.

    Prior to that, he was responsible for sales & marketing in the Middle East area (12 countries) for Safegate Group, a global supplier of products and systems dedicated to the airport industry. Earlier in his career, he was based in Kuwait where he started up then developed the Middle Eastern operations of Siveco Group, a leading maintenance management software vendor.

    Paris, France: Alexander Hughes, a leading global executive search firm announced that it has strengthened its presence on the North American market through the addition of new offices in Mexico City and Montreal.

    The Mexico City team will be led by Celeste Rebora, a seasoned search professional with extensive experience on the Mexican market, whose already established company, Human Capital Search de Mexico, which will become Alexander Hughes Mexico. Celeste Rebora will report to Spanishbased Miguel Codina, Head of Alexander Hughes Iberia & Latin America and member of the Group’s Supervisory Board.

    In Montreal, Jonathan Plourde joined the Alexander Hughes Group as Managing Partner for the Canadian market, bringing a solid experience in executive search for Experts to Senior and C-Level

    Alexander Hughes confirms leadership in the Middle East and Africa with 7 new offices (10 in total).

    Paris, France: Alexander Hughes, a leading global executive search firm announced that it has further expanded its global coverage by adding offices in Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Togo, Cameroun, Algeria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    The recent additions bring the firm’s global coverage to 53 offices in Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. “I am pleased to welcome to Alexander Hughes our new African, Algerian and Saudi teams. Το Συνέδριο διοργανώθηκε, με ιδιαίτερη επιτυχία, την Παρασκευή 14 και Σάββατο 15 Μαΐου 2010 από την Εταιρεία Ανώτατων Στελεχών Επιχειρήσεων (ΕΑΣΕ), στο Westin Athens, Astir Palace Βουλιαγμένης. Candidate Process

Here is an outline of the main steps in our process, as well as the mutual commitments involved.

  • The aim of this interview is to exchange information about your achievements and career objectives and concerning the opportunity with our client. That way, both of us can decide whether a meeting between you and our client would make sense.
  • We guarantee the highest level of confidentiality. Any details and information which we gather about you will be communicated to our client only with your consent. We expect the same confidentiality from you with regards to any information which we, and potentially our client, may provide to you.
  • We will proceed to submit your candidacy only if we feel that your professional experience and profile are judged to be a good fit for a specific role and provided you have a genuine interest in this opportunity.
  • If we jointly decide to proceed further with this opening, we will forward a confidential report to our client. This will include information from your curriculum vitae, which you will have provided to us. It is your responsibility that the information on your CV is accurate. This data may require validation (such as copies of qualifications, certificates of employment and pay-slips). You may be asked to undergo further personality assessments, for which you may receive a copy of the results upon request.
  • Should our client confirm his interest in your candidacy, a first meeting will be organised either in our or the client's premises.
