Alexander Hughes releases the Global Governance Review for 2018

Paris, France: Alexander Hughes, a leading global executive search firm released the new edition of its annual Governance Review, a thorough study on the structure of boards of directors and executive management teams of listed groups globally.

The Review includes data on 13 000+ board directors and executive leaders from over 1000 major corporations in 30 emerging and mature markets across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The 2018 edition tracks the key parameters in the structure of a leadership team: gender, levels of seniority, global mobility, tenure, and the origin of the leaders.

The 2018 edition was unveiled during the Alexander Hughes Annual Business meeting in Zagreb, attended by over 40 managing partners from all over the world.
